At Smokin’ Lotus there are a few things I will not compromise on – the quality of meat and the techniques I use to cook it.
The smoker: I primarily cook on a Cookshack SM160 smoker, a top of the range smoker known for its precision cooking and outstanding results. I use a variety of woods and aromatics tailored specifically to the type of meat I’m cooking at the time.
The meat: The quality of our meat is incredibly important to me, therefore all my meat is free-range and locally sourced where possible. I buy my meat from Jones Butchers, Brixton. I am always on the hunt for amazing quality produce, so if you have some for sale – give me a call!
